WELCOME TO MY SITE!

Hey there friends, Katelyn here. I'm really excited to be able to share this journey with you. I'm not a newbie to blogging in the sense that I've blogged before (if blogging means I tried numerous times very unsuccessfully and subsequently wrote a handful of "HEY, IT'S BEEN A WHILE...." posts). But that's all in the past, right?

This is a new blog, new site, new look, new life for me. In a few short months, I will be moving abroad, and living on my own for the first time. Most people probably don't get their first apartment in another country, but I never claimed to be traditional. This blog is my attempt to capture everything I'm feeling as I prepare to live in France and while I'm exploring Europe on my own. If you stick around for the ride you're sure to be greeted with lots of misguided travel advice and the musings of a twenty year old girl in love with the world.
